Add about a quarter cup of white wine to the pan.
Stir the mixture and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool off.
Transfer the salsa to a mason jar for storage.
Store in the refrigerator for about three weeks or freeze for longer storage.
