How to make Apollo Fish Restaurant Style | Apollo Fish Recipe
Recipe Information
Apollo Fish
Take 500 grams of Boneless Fish, clean and wash it.
Add 1 Tspn of Ginger & Garlic Paste, Salt as per Taste, ½ Tspn of Turmeric Powder, 1 Tspn of Red Chilly Powder, ½ Tspn of Cumin Powder, and 1 Tspn of Coriander Powder to the fish.
Mix all the ingredients gently.
Beat 1 Egg well and add it to the marinated fish pieces, mixing well until combined.
Add ¼ Cup of All-Purpose Flour and ¼ Cup of Corn Flour Powder, mixing gently.
Rest the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying.
Fry the fish pieces one by one on medium flame until golden brown.
In another deep pan, add 2 Tbspns of oil, then add 1 Tbspn of chopped Garlic, 4 Slits of green chilies, and a few curry leaves, frying for a minute on high flame.
Add the curd mixture to the pan and let it thicken.
Add the fried fish pieces to the pan and sauté until well combined with the mixture.
Finally, add 1 Tbspn of Sesame seeds and coat well with the fish pieces.
