Prepare pork cutlets for marinating.
Choose a good quality pale lager beer.
Use a plain, strong mustard without too many spices.
Gather honey, thinly sliced onions, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
Combine all ingredients in a resealable bag.
Add the thinly sliced onions on top of the spices.
Pour mustard and honey into the bag.
Fill the bag with beer, ensuring all ingredients are included.
Remove air from the bag and massage it to mix everything well.
Let the meat marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
