Add a ball of dough to the tortilla press and press down to flatten.

Heat a skillet on medium-low heat.

Cook the tortilla until the edges are dry, about 50 seconds, then flip.

Cook for another 40 to 50 seconds and flip once more.

Press the tortilla slightly to help it puff up.
