Cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes.
Prepare some lemon slices.
Add salt and a sprig of parsley.
In a bowl, combine 150 grams of panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything well.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl and let it cool.
Coat the cauliflower with flour.
Roll the cauliflower first in eggs and then in the panko breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Prepare a sauce with 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a sprig of parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
Serve with a salad of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, seasoned with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
