Chipotle Steak Tacos Recipe with fried corn tortillas!

Slice the steak against the grain, cutting in the opposite direction of the muscle fibers.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the steak to tenderize it.

Massage the baking soda into the meat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, rinse the baking soda off the steak and blot off excess water.

Mix the steak with some basic barbecue sauce and 2 chipotle peppers, stirring well to combine.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the corn tortillas until crispy.

Optionally, cut the fried tortillas into pieces to make taco chips.
