Add some toasted pine nuts to the blender.

Add 1 clove of garlic to the blender.

Add a handful of basil to the blender.

Add some salt to the blender.

Add a handful of Parmigiano-Reggiano to the blender.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the blender.

Puree the mixture until smooth.

Spoon the pesto onto a pan.

Put the lid on the pan for a little bit.

Lay the bread right on top of the pesto in the pan.

Add a bit more pesto oil on top.

Sprinkle flaky salt over the dish.

Add fish and red pepper as toppings.
