500 grams plain flour
1 tbsp. dried yeast
1 tbsp. salt
water
400 grams tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
mozzarella
cheddar cheese
1 pinch dried basil

Add flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.

Add water to make the dough.

Cover and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 C for 15-20 mins.

Bake one side of the pizza base for 4-5 mins.

Turn over the baked side and add salsa, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and dried basil.

Bake for 8-10 mins.

Cut the pizza into pieces and enjoy.
