Add 3.25 cups brown swerve to a medium-sized pot.

Add 1/3 cup confectioner's swerve to the pot.

Pour in 2.5 cups water.

Mix the sweetener water mixture with a spoon.

Set the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low.

Add 2 heaping tablespoons maple extract, 1 teaspoon butter extract, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the pot.

Whisk all ingredients together until combined.

Sift in 1 teaspoon xanthan gum and whisk to combine.

Increase heat slightly and continuously whisk for a couple of minutes.

Remove the pot from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Use a funnel to pour the syrup into an empty maple syrup jar.

Refrigerate the syrup to cool it further.
