1 cup brown rice
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup salsa verde
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)
