3 roma tomatoes

3 cups water
7 oz sopa de estrellas
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
oil for frying

Add 3 roma tomatoes, 1/4 cup white onion, 1 small piece jalapeño, 1 garlic clove, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to a blender with 3 cups of water.

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Set a pan to low medium heat and add oil.

Once the oil is hot, add 7 oz of sopa de estrellas and fry for about 2 minutes until golden.

Add the blended salsa mix to the pan.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon and mix once more.

Cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

While the soup cooks, fry some taquitos de queso as a side.
