1-1/2 Tbsp taco mix
1/2 Tbsp Ancho pepper powder
1 Cup of Tomatoes puree
1 Cup of Frozen Corn
1 Cup of Red Rice or any Rice
1 & 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Broth
1 Cup of cooked Black beans
1 Cup of chopped Green Onions
1/2 Cup of Cilantro
Black pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
