600 grams of fresh spinach
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
½ – 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 - 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche

Wash the spinach in a large bowl of water and drain it using a colander.

Chop the onions and garlic.

In a frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

Stir in the crème fraîche and nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C until heated through.
