Tukhmalanga 1 Tbsp
Sabudana 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 Liters
Cardamom Powder 1/4 Tsp
Slurry (Water 1/4 Cup + Corn flour)
Chia Seeds (Soaked ) as Required
Ice Cubes (Crushed) as Required
Almonds (Chopped) as Required

In a glass, mix water and tukhmalanga well and soak it for 10 to 15 mins.

In a saucepan add water, bring it to a boil then add sabudana and boil it until it gets translucent and soft. Strain it.

In a pot add sugar and cook it until it melts. Now add milk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while continuously stirring.

Now add cardamom powder and slurry and cook until it gets slightly thick. Then add soaked tukhmalanga and sabudana and cook for a minute.

In a glass, add ice cubes, prepared milk, and almonds.
