Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
Punch down the dough and knead in pumpkin seeds.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until doubled.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the top with oil and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
