Add the riced cauliflower and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently.

Add 1 chopped pickled jalapeno, ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper, ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper, ¼ cup peas, ¼ cup corn, and ¼ cup chopped carrot, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in ¼ cup tomato puree, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and ½ tsp paprika, mix well.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
