Remove the dough, place it back on a floured surface, and shape it into a round ball again.
Divide the dough into four pieces and shape them into mini loaves or rolls.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 30 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.
Bake in the oven at 230°C for about 20 minutes.
Remove the rolls from the baking sheet and wrap them in a kitchen towel.
