Add 1 cup hot water or chicken stock and 1 cup oat milk into a blender.

Deseed one whole green pepper (green bell pepper, poblano pepper, or anaheim pepper) and add it to the blender.

Peel 2 garlic cloves and add them into the blender along with a handful of cilantro.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of chicken bouillon and 1/4 teaspoon salt into the blender.

Blend the ingredients together for at least 30 seconds to create a smooth green mixture.
