3 tilapia fillets cut in half
1 chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce

1 egg
1 tablespoon Chile Crisp or Sambal
1 tablespoon Seafood seasoning or to taste
2 cups flour
1 cup canola oil
Sliced black olives
Sliced radishes
Lemon slices
6 corn taco shells

Chop 1 chipotle; add to bowl of mayonnaise; add 2 tablespoons of chipotle sauce to bowl; season with salt & pepper to taste; and mix.

Reserve a ¼ cup of the chipotle mayo sauce for later use.

Shred 2 cups cabbage; add to bowl of chipotle mayo sauce; mix well; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

Pad dry tilapia fillets; cut in half; place in a dish.

Beat 1 egg; season with 1 tablespoon Chile Crisp or Sambal.

Season tilapia fillets with salt & pepper and seafood seasoning to taste; pour egg mixture over tilapia; mix well.

Mix 1 cup flour with seafood seasoning on a large platter; place tilapia fillets on the platter and cover them with the flour; shake off excess flour; place on another platter.

Heat 1 cup canola oil on medium high; place tilapia fillets in frying pan; fry for 2-3 mins each side.

Remove tilapia fillets to a paper towel-lined tray.

Place 3 corn taco shells on taco holder; add 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayo sauce to each shell; add tilapia fillets; top with an additional 1 tablespoon chipotle mayo sauce and shredded cabbage; add olives, radishes and a squeeze of lemon juice.
