Instructions

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
