1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

In a bowl, combine the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to coat the beef evenly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned beef cubes to the skillet and sear them for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onions, tomatoes, and green peppers. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
