1C Onion, diced
1C Carrots, chopped
1C Zucchini, sliced in 1/2 moons
1C Celery, chopped
1 1/2C Black beans (1 can)
2 Limes, juiced
1T Cumin
2T Chili powder
1 1/2tsp Sea salt
Green Onions, chopped
Cilantro
small cubes of Jicama
