Easy Mexican Crockpot Dinner

Add 2 packages of Nor taco rice to the crock pot.

Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth.

Add 29 oz of drained black beans to the crock pot.

Add 1 jar of paste salsa to the mixture.

Chop 3 large chicken breasts into small pieces and add to the crock pot.

Add taco seasoning to the chicken and mix well to coat.

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and mix to combine.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 2 and 1/2 hours.

After cooking, sprinkle a whole bag of Mexican blend cheese on top.

Cover and let the cheese melt for 2 to 3 minutes.
