Heat a pan and add olive oil.
Add 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add 2 teaspoons of cumin and 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well.
Add 3/4 cup of boiled rajma to the pan and mash it while mixing with the spices.
Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of corn flour, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and 1/2 cup of water to form a dough.
Rest the dough for 8-10 minutes.
Shape the dough into balls and flatten them.
Fill with the rajma mixture and seal the edges.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the pupusas until light brown on both sides.
