Slice the onion and bell peppers. Use as many colors of bell peppers as available.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Cut the chicken thigh into pieces and season generously with cumin, ground allspice, Spanish paprika, black pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes.

Add a little vegetable oil to the chicken and mix until the chicken changes color. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
