Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and then add 1 kilogram of ground beef, stir and let brown for a little.

2

Add garlic, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and complete seasoning to the ground beef and stir.

3

Chop scallion, onion, thyme, and garlic finely, then stir that into the beef mixture and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.

4

Add soy sauce, ketchup, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs to the beef mixture and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.

5

Boil 2 medium-sized potatoes until tender, then crush them to combine with the meat for the filling.

6

For the dough, mix cornmeal, a Maggie cube, salt, and yellow food coloring together.

7

Add 2 cups of warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until it becomes a dough.

8

Set the dough aside for 20 minutes to rest.
