Carrot Cake Oats

1 egg white
100g of fat free plain yoghurt
cinnamon
1/2 tbs Honey
spray oil
20g MyProtein Vegan Carrot Cake
Raisins
Grated carrot
30g egg white
15g jam
15g vanilla my protein whey
10g my protein whey for the sauce
100-200ml milk
Desiccated coconut
1 Banana
50ml water
1 scoop MyProtein chocolate brownie whey isolate
Dark Chocolate
1 TSP Cocoa Powder

For Carrot Cake Oats: Mix 40g oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg white, 100g fat free plain yoghurt, cinnamon, 1/2 tbs honey, spray oil, 20g MyProtein Vegan Carrot Cake, raisins, and grated carrot together and bake.

For Jam Roly Poly Oats: Combine 40g oats, 30g egg white, 15g jam, 15g vanilla my protein whey, 10g my protein whey for sauce, 100-200ml milk, and desiccated coconut, then bake.

For Double Choc Oats: Mix 40g oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 banana, 50ml water, 1 scoop MyProtein chocolate brownie whey isolate, dark chocolate, spray oil, and 1 tsp cocoa powder and bake.
