In a separate bowl, add 1.5 cups of Roma lettuce.
Add 1 cup of cooked chicken breast to the salad.
Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to the salad.
Add 1/4 cup of quesadilla cheese to the salad.
Add 3 spoonfuls of pico de gallo to the salad and mix everything together.
