1 Cup Cabbage Chopped
1 Small Size Carrot Grated
1/2 Small Size Capsicum Chopped
Curry Leaves Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
3 Green Chilli Chopped
Coriander Leaves
1/2 Small tsp Maggi Masala Powder
1/2 Small tsp Cumin And Coriander Powder
6 Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Besan / Gram Flour
Khaycha Soda

Chop the cabbage, capsicum, onion, and curry leaves.

Grate the carrot and chop the green chilies and coriander leaves.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped vegetables and spices including Maggi masala, cumin and coriander powder, black pepper, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add besan (gram flour) to the mixture and mix well.

Heat oil in a frying pan or kadhai.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, flipping if necessary.
