Arrange corn on the cob in the Instant Pot (about 5 cobs).

Close the Instant Pot and set it to sealing.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes (18 minutes for white corn).

Release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes.

Turn off the Instant Pot and open the vent once the valve is down.

Open the Instant Pot and remove the corn.

Garnish the corn with salt, butter, mayonnaise, queso cotija or Parmesan cheese, and hot sauce.

Squeeze lime over the corn before serving.
