Remove the husk from the corn on the cob.
Cut off the ends of the corn and cut it in half.
Boil water with a pinch of salt.
Add the corn to the boiling water and cook for over 15 minutes until tender.
Pat dry the corn after boiling.
Transfer Takis into a ziplock bag and crush them until fine.
Pour the crushed Takis into a bowl.
Crack a couple of eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
Add a splash of heavy whipping cream to the eggs and mix.
Set up your station with egg, flour, and crushed Takis.
Roll the corn in the egg mixture.
Toss the corn in flour.
Dip the corn back into the egg mixture.
Coat the corn in the crushed red Takis.
Repeat the process for the blue Takis.
Heat oil in a pan and add the coated corn.
Fry the corn, giving it a couple of turns until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
Remove the corn from the oil and add some butter, lime, tahini, and cilantro before serving.
