1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 TBSP Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing) - optional
1 Dried Red Chilli - broken into pieces (or to taste)
Some Red Chilli Flakes - optional
