2 ears boiled corn on the cob, kernels removed

2 ripe mangoes, diced
0.5 cups coriander leaves, chopped
1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon tahini seasoning
1 tablespoon honey
juice of 0.5 lemon
