Boil the corn in a pan covered with water and add a pinch of salt for 5 to 7 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Mexican crema, juice of 1 lime, and 1 tablespoon Tajin until combined.

Once the corn is boiled, drain the water and place the corn on a tray.

Brush melted butter over the corn.

Spread the sauce mixture generously over the corn.

Sprinkle crumbled queso fresco on top.

Dust with additional Tajin to taste.
