Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the chicken, shrimp, and sausage with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the proteins evenly.
  3. 3Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, combine the rice, diced tomatoes (with juice), chicken broth, bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir to combine.
