5 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
5 Green chillies
2 pieces Cinnamon and cloves
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
150 Grms Mutton Mince
1/2 tsp Dry coconut paste
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tomatoes
Coriander & mint leaves
1 teacup Rice ravva /chawal ka ravva
1/2 teacup Moongdal
2 tsp Salt
6 Cups / 2 Ltr Water

Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Add green chillies, cinnamon, and cloves, and cook for a few minutes.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and mutton mince, cooking until the meat is browned.

Add dry coconut paste, red chilli powder, and chopped tomatoes, mixing well.

Incorporate rice ravva and moongdal, stirring to combine with the meat mixture.

Pour in water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice and dal are cooked.

Season with salt and garnish with coriander and mint leaves before serving.
