Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the breadfruit in half and remove the core.
Scoop out the flesh and cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, toss the breadfruit cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Spread the seasoned breadfruit on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the baked breadfruit to the skillet and fry until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Drizzle lime juice over the fried breadfruit and toss gently.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime zest, and chili flakes before serving.
