1 head of romaine lettuce
10.5 oz / 300 g grape tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 cup black beans from the can
handful of chopped cilantro
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove
1/2 lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup tortilla chips

Wash carefully all your vegetables.

Cut lettuce leaves into stripes and place them in a big salad bowl.

Add grape tomatoes cut in halves to the bowl.

Cut one red pepper in slices and add it to the bowl.

Rinse off the black beans under running water, drain them well, and add 1 cup of black beans to the salad bowl.
