1/4 cup chilin guo
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon clove
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Mexican cinnamon
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup homon
