2 lbs. skinned chicken breast cut into small pieces
1 small onion chopped
2 - 4 tomatoes chopped or 10 oz Rotel
1 can of Non-Gmo corn
1 can of chickpeas
1 can of black beans
1/2 cup of chopped purple cabbage
1-2 cups of chopped spinach
½ bunch of chopped cilantro
1-2 chopped jalapenos depending on your spice level
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 cup organic cheese
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
1 avocados pitted and sliced
¼ cup of chopped mint
½ cup of Greek yogurt
Few basil leaves optional
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
Juice extracted from 1 lemon
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
½ cup of water (as needed)
