1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cut 4 avocados: slice around each avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, slice again lengthwise, and gently remove the peel. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.

For the dressing, squeeze 3 tablespoons of lemon juice into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of honey and microwave for 15 seconds.

Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl with lemon juice and honey. Whisk together.
