Welcome to my channel, you're in Cocina Sabroso with Mai. Today we will prepare this delicious fruit platter, it's super practical and easy to prepare.

I will use some strawberries, grapes of your preference, oranges, grapefruit, and blueberries. I have my fruits washed and disinfected.

Take the orange and cut off the sides, then cut it in half to make thin slices. I'm using one large orange for now, but I will see if I need more later.

Next, take the grapefruit, cut off the ends, and cut it in half. Slice it into thin pieces, and then cut those halves into triangles. Reserve the slices.

Now, remove the stem from the strawberries. I will use 4 large strawberries and slice them as well, reserving them.

Take 15 grapes and cut them in half. If your grapes have seeds, remove them while cutting to avoid any inconvenience when eating.

Now that we have our fruit ready, we will need a round platter or plate of your choice. I will prepare it on this one.

Start placing the orange slices on the platter, trying to keep them close together so that the edge of the plate is not visible.

Next, arrange the grapefruit slices in the same manner, followed by the grapes. Place the strawberries with the tip facing up and add another line of grapes.

Finally, fill in the gaps with blueberries to decorate the platter.
