Boil a pot of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt and 4 tablespoons of butter.

Add fresh corn on the cob to the boiling water and let it cook for 6-7 minutes.

Remove the corn from the boiling water and peel it carefully to avoid burning your hands.

Pour some of the boiling liquid over the corn to keep it moist and flavorful.

Place the corn in a Styrofoam cup.

Add a square of butter on top of the corn.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper and lemon pepper over the corn.

Add cotija cheese generously on top of the corn.

Finish with a drizzle of crema over the corn.
