Shredded Chicken Tacos

4 pounds of trimmed/cut Chicken Breasts
2 (or 3) cups of Chicken Broth
4 teaspoons of Chili Powder
1 teaspoon of Paprika
3 teaspoons of Salt
2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons of Onion Powder
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 teaspoon of Dried Oregano
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Trim your Chicken Breasts to your liking, then butterfly them in half lengthwise and then cut in half again across.

Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray, turn on low setting.

Place chicken into slow cooker, then add 2-3 cups of chicken broth enough to cover the bottom of the cooker and about halfway up the chicken.

Add all spices spread evenly across the top of the chicken (chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, dried oregano and olive oil).

Cover and allow to cook for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is fork shred tender.

Remove chicken from cooker, shred in bowl and place back into cooker, mix up well and allow it to soak in the broth for around an hour for the most flavor.
