1

Mix all spices in chicken nicely and marinate for at least 15 to 30 minutes.

2

Put quarter cup oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is tender and the water completely dries up. Keep aside.

3

Cut one capsicum and one onion in julienne and sauté for a minute in the pan, then add in cooked chicken.

4

Put 1/2 cup oil in a pan and add onion and garlic cloves, cook until pink in color, then add tomatoes and all the spices. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes and then blend in a blender. Keep aside.

Take a tortilla and spread red sauce on it. Then put chicken mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, then fold it.

7

Spread red sauce in a baking tray, keep all the wraps, spread red sauce again, and top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
