[Instructions en francais se trouvent ci-dessous] Ingredients [Serves 4]: 1 1/2 lb chicken, 1/4 C butter, 1/4 C flour, 2 C milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp fresh (never dried) green peppercorns. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken, then grill it. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter then stir in the flour and let cook, stirring often, until the mixture is pinkish-brown. Add milk and whisk to make a thick sauce. As sauce begins to thicken, add in salt and peppercorns to taste. Stir in chicken and serve hot over rice. Ingredients [4 Couverts]: 1 kilo poulet, 55g beurre, 30g farine, 470 ml lait, 1 c.a.c. sel, 1 c.a.c. poivre vert. Salez et poivrez le poulet, puis faites-le griller. Dans une poele sur feu moyen, faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez la farine et remuez constamment jusqu'a ce que le melange prend une couleur un peu rose-marron. Ajoutez le lait, petit a petit, pour en faire une sauce. Ajoutez le sel et le poivre vert, puis le poulet. Servez avec du riz.
