These Air Fryer Potato Rounds are easy to make and loaded with flavor. Seasoned roasted potato slices are topped with melty mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onion, and French onion dip. Print recipe for free here ➡️ https://munchygoddess.com/air-fryer-sour-cream-and-onion-potato-rounds/ Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium russet potato ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup bacon crumbles cooked ¼ cup French onion dip 1 stalk green onion sliced ⅓ teaspoon onion powder ⅓ teaspoon salt ⅓ teaspoon pepper ⅓ teaspoon dried parsley flakes Instructions: 1. In a small dish, mix together the olive oil, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. 2. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch thick rounds. 3. Brush each side of the potato rounds with the olive oil mixture. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 12 minutes. 5. Add the potato rounds to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through. 6. Once the potatoes are done. Open the air fryer basket and top the potatoes with the mozzarella cheese and bacon crumbles. 7. Cook for an additional minute until the cheese has melted. 8.
