Fry ground turkey till fully cooked. Add veggies back in. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 mins to combine flavors. Top with sour cream, salsa, jalapeños and desired toppings. Meat Loaf: -2lb ground beef -3/4 cup oat flour or quick oats -1 cup milk or plain milk kefir -1 1/2 tsp. salt -1 small onion, chopped -1/4 tsp. pepper -1 egg Mix all ingredients. Form into a loaf.
