Video Description

In this video I have shared two recipes of Korean Fried Chicken. One recipe is oven baked Korean Chicken which is completely oil free. And the other recipe is double fried Korean Chicken just like it is done at Korean restaurants. Marinate the chicken wings with garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, pepper (black & red), mirin or apple cider vinegar and set it aside for an hour. After an hour break and egg, add flour, cornflour, baking powder and salt and black pepper. Mix well and bake one portion of the marinated chicken for 40 min after occasionally flipping. Broil the chicken wings for 5 min at 525 degrees fahrenheit. Your Baked Korean Chicken is ready. On the other hand fry the other potion of the marinated chicken wings. Take the chicken wings out of the oil and air them for around 5 min and then refry them until golden color is attained. Your fried Korean Chicken is ready. Ingredients 900 gm Chicken Wings 3 Garlic Pods 1 inch Ginger 1 tbsp Mirin or Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Crushed Pepper ½ tsp Korean Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp Kosher Salt ½ tsp Sugar 1 Egg ¼ cup Plain/Regular Flour (32 gm) ¼ cup Cornflour (32 gm) 1 tsp Baking Powder Ingredients for Korean Fried Chicken Glaze & Sauce Salt Peanuts Sesame Seeds 1 Tbsp Mustard Paste 2 Garlic Pods (Chopped) 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar #KoreanFriedChicken #OvenBakedChicken #NazItUp
