  • 4 slices ham, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Fold in the chopped ham until evenly distributed.
  4. 4Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. 6In a large pot, combine the cooked pasta and marinara sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. 7Once the meatballs are done, add them to the pasta and sauce mixture, stirring gently to combine.
